2014-11-08 OccupyTLV: Managing by the day...

with the beginning of the rainy season in Israel, the camp turned green.  You may also notice that tents are covered with heavy tarp sheets for protection.  This picture also shows the clustering of the tents into the small strip of land along Namir Road, following the last measure by the Tel-Aviv Municipality against OccupyTLV.
Most of the area of the part is in various stages of being walled, to exclude the homeless in OccupyTLV from it.

At the request of Architect Sharon Rotbard I took a pic in the toilets that were built as a donation by Bezalel students, SABA, headed by Rotbard.  The toilets and showers built by Bezlel are outside the area that was fence as permitted for OccupyTLV.

As part of the new measures of Tel-Aviv muni against OccupyTLV, I had to move my tent, which stood under a beautiful old ficus tree, right next to the sidewalk of Namir Road. The sign says: "Me too with Rafi Rotem" (Tax-Authority whistle-blower).
