13-03-17 In RE: RSZ (25607-03-13) in the Haifa Magistrate Court - Three (3) falsified decision records / simulated service of process

The three unsigned Decision records of the same date in a new file, opened March 2013, were addressed to a person, who is not a party to the litigation.  The Decision record from the Clerk of the Court was accompanied by an unsigned authentication letter by an unnamed clerk, and the two contradictory Decision records from the Attorney included no authentication letter at all.  All three decisions purported to summon the person to litigation, where he was not a party at all.
One of the two contradictory Decision records, received from the Attorney, provided 45 days for the response, while 18 days were left to the purported hearing on the matter.
The Chief Clerk of the Court, Mr Israel Hen, refuses to certify any of the Decision records of the Magistrate Court, and also refuses to produce a copy of his appointment record as Chief Clerk.
The 2013 Human Rights Alert (NGO) was titled “Integrity, or lack thereof in the electronic records of the courts of the State of Israel”, and subtitled, “a court that refuses to certify its own records, is certified corrupt.”
Under some jurisdictions, falsification of court records and in particular, simulated service of process, is a felony.  Such conduct is typical of white-collar organized crime.  In Israel judges were caught in recent years falsifying and/or fabricating their own court records.   New electronic record systems, implemented over the past decade, enable such conduct.  The new systems include invisible signatures - "The Emperor's new clothes"", and undermine the authority and accountability of the clerks for integrity of court records.  The Israel systems, developed and implemented by IBM and EDS, copy key features from similar fraudulent electronic record systems, which had been implemented in the state and US courts a couple of decades earlier.

ab
All three decisions were received by mail on March 21, 2013:
a) Received by certified mail from the Office of the Clerk, accompanied by an unsigned authentication letter by an unnamed clerk: Decision of March 17, 2013, in File 25607-03-13 by Judge Esperanza Alon  The Requester shall serve the Request on the Responder [Ministry of Welfare - jz] and on Joseph Zernik for their response within 60 days from the date of service.  The Office of the Clerk shall serve the Requester and Social Worker per Civil Procedures.
b) Received by certified mail from Attorney Amos Sadika, accompanied by no authentication letter at all: Decision of March 17, 2013, in File 25607-03-13 by Judge Esperanza Alon  The Requester shall serve the Request on the Responder and on Joseph Zernik for their response within 60 days from the date of service.  The \Office of the Clerk shall serve the Requester and Social Worker per Civil Procedures.
c) Received by certified mail from Attorney Amos Sadika, accompanied by no authentication letter at all: Decision of March 17, 2013, in File 25607-03-13 by Judge Esperanza Alon  The Requester shall serve the Request on the Responder and on Joseph Zernik for their response within 45 days.  Absent agreement. the request shall be reviewed together with Requests that were scheduled for File 1829-06-10 on April 4, 2013, 12:00 noon.  The Office of the \Clerk shall serve the Requester and \Social Worker per Civil Procedure.
Mr Israel Hen, who occupies the office of Chef Clerk of the Haifa Magistrate Court, refuses to certify the court's decisions, and also refuses to produce a copy of his lawful appointment record.

13-03-29 More on the US-Israeli anti-Iran gamble

The heat is increasing, albeit, only in the Hebrew version of Haaretz, not the English one.
MIT Theodore Postol writes directly to Haaretz to challenge the data produced by IDF (84% success rate), and claiming 10% success rate instead.  Furthermore, Postol claims that the deception is not intended only on the people of the State of Israel, but also on potential state clients: Poland and Singapore...
In parallel, Hebrew news papers claim an irreversible red line, relative to Iran's uranium enrichment will be crossed between July to September 2013.   This is typical for the summer season every year, since as it turns out, cloud formations in the winter make it inconvenient time for this kind of war.  jz

The Iron Dome anti-ballistic missile system is touted as a main defense under such situation. Reasonable doubts regarding its performance are ignored by most mainstream media, and instilling the Israeli public's confidence in the system's performance was integral to Obama's recent visit to Israel.  Let's hope that the Israeli public is not the subject of a repeat of Collin Powell's deception on the way to war in Iraq. 13-03-26 Facebook on DHS

Just a couple of days ago, I reported on two congressmen who were demanding that the Department of Homeland Security explain their solicitations of 1.6 billion bullets for purchase. Congressman Leonard Lance (R-NJ) and Representative Timothy Huelscamp (R-KS) both want answers to why DHS needs to be purchasing that much ammunition, seeing that they are a domestic agency. Congressman Doug LaMalfa (R-CA) along with 14 other House representatives have written a letter to DHS wanting to know what the Federal agency is buying so many rounds of ammunition and whether or not they are doing it deliberately to restrict the supply to the American people.

That’s right friends. With the main stream wanting to poo poo this story, it is finally making its way to House Representatives and there are finally voices calling for accountability.

“The extraordinary level of ammunition purchases made by Homeland Security seems to have, in states such as my own, created an extreme shortage of ammunition to the point where many gun owners are unable to purchase any,” LaMalfa wrote in the letter.

LaMalfa pointed out that there are spending cuts, which I’ve pointed out are not any real cuts, across the board, so he wants to know why nearly 2 billion rounds of ammunition, enough for a 24 year war, were being solicited by DHS

13-03-26 Welcome to Tel Aviv - Miri Aloni

Miri Aloni became a celebrity as an 18 or 19 year old.  As lead singer in the Nahal military entertainment unit, she recorded a pacifist song in the early 1970s, opening with "Let the sun shine in".
To the degree that I am qualified, she is still a TV personality.  On Friday mornings she prefers to perform in the Carmel market square, in her signature costume...

13-03-25 Neil Barofsky, Shella Blair... the former regulators who failed to bark are now outspoken...

Neil Barofsky, Shella Blair, are key former regulators (TARP, FDIC), who were conspicuously silent when in office, and therefore colluded in the historically unprecedented robbery of the people of the US.  Now, they are joining the chorus, trying the clear their names...
My memory may fail me, but in the case of Shella Blair, there was also the issue of one or more whistleblowers against corruption of banking regulation there, with typical retaliation...
I believe that in 2007 the primary of authority over Countrywide was Federal Trade Commission (Countrywide's Samuels - see below - in a brilliant legal maneuver switched regulators that year).  The web site of FTC amazed me, since it was the first time I saw a website of a US government office, where there were prominent notices, advising consumers to contact the FTC Inspector General in case they suspected corruption.  Apparently Congress passed a specific law appointing an Inspector General for FTC a decade or two earlier...  Needless to say, the Inspector General there did nothing as well,
Neither did Mary Schapiro at SEC.
Neither did the Inspector General of the US Department of Justice Neil Fine.
I am talking a year before Countrywide collapsed, and my complaints to all these agencies documented reckless practices and unprecedented fraud in sub-prime mortgage lending (which already then I estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars of high risk to the tax payer) and widespread corruption of the Los Angeles Superior Court.  I also documented physical intimidation and harassment of a former Senior Underwriter, who refused to cooperate in extreme cases of mortgage fraud.  She had been fired two years earlier, stayed home, and was constantly monitored and prohibited from talking about anything related to Countrywide.  All these racketeering activities were coordinated by the Legal Department under Chief Legal Officer Sandor Samuels. Simultaneously, Samuels served (and serves) the President of Bet Tzedek (the Los Angeles "House of Justice").  At the time, early 2007, he was also running  in synagogues and churches in Southern California a campaign against real estate fraud...  And through Bet Tzedek he got exclusive contract with the County of Los Angeles to handle Consumers Bureau complaints about real estate and mortgage fraud...
These are all top legal professional, who betrayed their people.

13-03-23 U.S. Drone Pilot: 'Did We Just Kill A Kid?'

Drone pilots at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico.
---
'Did We Just Kill A Kid?' — Six Words That Ended A US Drone Pilot's Career
Der Spiegel
The New Mexico desert gets blistering hot, but inside the small windowless container where Brandon Bryant worked as a drone operator for the U.S. Air Force it stays a cool 63 degrees all year long.  Sixty-three finger numbing degrees and Bryant describes sitting with a group of other pilots looking at more than a dozen computer monitors. The crew are directing drones over Afghanistan 6,250 miles away and the screens jump with a two to five second delay, as infrared video sent from the UAVs whips through the air to New Mexico.
When the order to fire on a target arrives, Bryant paints the roof of a hut with the laser that will guide in a Hellfire missile fired by the pilot beside him.
"These moments are like in slow motion," he says to Abé.  No doubt, because on this occasion Bryant says a child walked from behind the building at the last second.
Too late for him to do anything else but ask the other pilot, "Did we just kill a kid?"
"Yeah, I guess that was a kid," the pilot replied.
"Was that a kid?" they wrote into a chat window on the monitor.
Then, someone they didn't know answered, someone sitting in a military command center somewhere in the world who had observed their attack. "No. That was a dog," the person wrote.
They reviewed the scene on video.  A dog on two legs?

13-03-23 Meet the Journalist Rotting in Prison for Crossing the FBI

Prosecutorial abuse is becoming the preeminent weapon used by the US government to destroy online activism and journalism.

Aaron's Swartz's suicide in January triggered waves of indignation, and rightly so. He faced multiple felony counts and years in prison for what were, at worst, trivial transgressions of law. But his prosecution revealed the excess of both anti-hacking criminal statutes, particularly the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), and the fixation of federal prosecutors on severely punishing all forms of activism that challenge the power of the government and related entities to control the flow of information on the internet.
...
Just this week alone, a US federal judge sentenced hactivist Andrew "Weev" Auernheimer to 3 1/2 years in prison for exploiting a flaw in AT&T's security system that allowed him entrance without any hacking, an act about which Slate's Justin Peters wrote: "it's not clear that Auernheimer committed any actual crime", while Jeff Blagdon at the Verge added: "he cracked no codes, stole no passwords, or in any way 'broke into' AT&T's customer database - something company representatives confirmed during testimony."

13-03-23 Tel Aviv – the human shield in a US-Israeli anti-Iran gamble, and Israel - the next Iraq, of self-will?

With Israeli military command centered in Tel Aviv and following routine statements by Iran of its intent to level Tel Aviv if attacked, it is only reasonable to consider the people of Tel Aviv the human shield in a brewing US-Israeli anti-Iran gamble. Tel Aviv, March 22 – one of Obama's first photo opportunities in his recent visit to Israel was with Israeli civil and military leadership in front of an Iron Dome anti- ballistic missile battery, placed for the occasion at the Tel Aviv airport.  This expensive system is the product of a US-supported Israeli development, is only partially deployed, and is touted as central defense for the Israeli civilian population in case of an all out war with Iran. None of the anti-missile systems were ever tested in real battle under the projected scenarios.
War with Iran is already under way, with preceding acts largely contained to elimination of key Iranian personnel, cyberspace, and drone warfare.  While the US-Israeli alliance gained substantial success in eliminating individuals and in employing the Stuxnet computer worm, the capture of US drones (key element in US operations today) by Iran left the balance unclear.
With growing preparations for an all out war with Iran, with Israeli military command (HaKiryah) centered in Tel Aviv, and following routine statements by Iran of its intent to level Tel Aviv if attacked, it is only reasonable to consider the people of Tel Aviv the human shield in the brewing US-Israeli anti-Iran gamble. With it, most mainstream Israeli media ignored the disagreement regarding the Iron Dome's performance.  Both sides in the debate, IDF and MIT's Prof Postol and colleagues, have considerable reputation in the field, and both are considered biased by some or many.  The difference in their stated figures for the Iron Dome's performance ("84 percent" vs "as low as 5 percent") should be worrisome.  One cannot escape the comparison to statements pertaining to the Patriot anti-ballistic missile system.  While President Bush initially stated its performance at 97 percent, the US military later claimed that its performance in Israel in the 1991 Gulf War was 40 percent, while Postol testified before the US Congress an estimate of 10 percent.
Would the people of Israeli as willingly go to war with Iran, if they believed the Iron Dome's performance was below 50 percent?
And would Obama's visit to Israel and his photo opportunity with the Iron Dome be considered the equivalent of Collin Powell's infamous UN speech on WMD in Iraq?
The similarities between all out war with Iran and the war in Iraq may not end with large-scale deception to lead the public into war.  The outcome of an all out war with Iran may be devastating to Israel, as it has been for Iraq, and it may also lead to long-term occupation of Israel by the United States.  The preparations for that are already under way, with military cooperation between US and Israel at all times high, and the US military building in a rush job a 5 story underground command and control center in Tel Aviv.
Writing from Tel Aviv, a block away from HaKiryah, one must wonder: Will Israel be the new Iraq, of self-will?
