Richard Fine, 70 year old, former US Prosecutor, is:
a) NOT an illegal immigrant; and
b) NOT a liberal by any stretch of imagination either. In fact, he was a leader of the anti big government tax and spend movement...
Yet, he is held for over a year in solitary confinement in a hospital room in Twin Towers Jail in Los Angeles County, California. No warrant for his arrest was ever discovered, and no judgment or conviction was ever entered in his case, either.
His sin: He discovered, exposed, and denounced the fact that ALL judges of the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles have been taking for over a decade "not permitted" payments of ~ $50,000, per judge, per year.
Releasing him from alleged false imprisonment and inhumane treatment does not require funding by the Chinese Government, either... All that is required is for US Attorney General Eric Holder to enforce the Rule of Law in Los Angeles County, California... Therefore, all discussion of illegal immigrants, liberals and conservatives, budgets and funding in this context is hogwash, nothing more...
What we are taking about here is: DISINTEGRATION OF US FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FRAMEWORKS. THE U.S. GOVERNMENT AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ARE NOT READY, WILLING, ABLE TO ENFORCE THE LAW IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, WHERE ALLEGED WIDESPREAD RACKETEERING BY JUDGES IS UNDERWAY.
